Production of Tribe Series 2 entered its 15th week and 72nd day of filming from Monday 15th November, 1999.
Last week`s location exterior shooting involved scenes at a farm, fields, city buildings, streets and alleyways, a car park and a shopping mall. The furthest location was approximately 22 kilometres from the Cloud 9 production centre.
Props used included dishes, boxes, hair clips, lunch good, knifes, onions, food ingredients, fancy dress clothes, smoke, candles, bottles, tokens, glasses, cushions, rucksacks, comics, tables, chairs, market stalls, weapons, batteries, a CD music system, casino chips, shoes, CDs, a vaccum cleaner, handkerchiefs, torches, lanterns, pens, papers, bowls, cloths, garden tools, stones, baskets, crops, wheelbarrows, a tray, soup, mirrors, brushes, hot drinks, magazines, a huge teddy bear, and a black cloak!
Animals who were involved ranged from dogs to pigs, goats, chickens, hens, sheep, and cows.
On Monday 15th November, the cast and Cloud 9 team get together at Cloud 9¹s production centre to have a viewing of some completed Tribe episodes from Series 2.
On the weekend, members of cast had a barbeque at the houseparent¹s and chaperones¹ house and all had a good time. As fans in New Zealand know it is getting to summertime in New Zealand and temperatures are rising so this is the time for barbeques!
