Interview with Victoria Spence (Salene) Me and My Shadow…

TW: Things that you like about your character’s personality are:

Victoria. – She is loyal, she’s not afraid of change and she is starting to stand up for herself.

TW: Things you dislike about your character’s personality are:

Victoria. – That she always sulks and cries quite frequently. She doesn’t stand up for what she believes in.

TW: Things you like about your character’s costume are:

Victoria. – All of her outfits have been really a-symmetrical and different. I like FUNKY

TW: Things you dislike about your character’s costume are:

Victoria. – The leather pants!

TW: You relate/do not relate to your character because…

Victoria. – I don’t relate really to my character because I have a lot more fight in me and am probably more stubborn.

TW: What do you think you have brought to your character to give her more depth/reality?

Victoria. – Well we have both grown as people. I was 14yrs when I started The Tribe and now I’m 18yrs. Salene has had to deal with hard situations and me growing up with school and filming have had to aswell and therefore just bringing my teenage years of growing up makes Salene a more realistic person.

TW: What has your character taught you?

Victoria. – Not to give up, and with good friends to support you, you can do anything.
